Puppy Application
Are you someone who is/ will be obsessed with your dog? Do you take them with you everywhere you go? Give them regular vet care? Introduce them to all of your friends? Take a million pictures/ videos of them? Put them on your social media? Take family pictures with them? Let them be with you all the time, have them as a part of your life, and can’t imagine life without them? Then you are in the right place!! These are the types of homes we love our dogs to go to! Interested in one of our Goldendoodles? One of our Shih Poo puppies? Fill out an application!
All of our puppies are $3000 (unless otherwise specified on our home page) and require a deposit. If the litter is not born yet, we will take your name and chat with you. If everything is a good fit, once the puppies are born we will contact you for the deposit. We also have a spay/ neuter contract that needs to be signed before the puppy can go home with you. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO LET US GET AHOLD OF YOU. We will absolutely not sell anyone a puppy without talking to you on the phone first. So if you give us your phone number please know we will be giving you a call. We do not pressure anyone to buy a puppy but we HAVE to talk to you before we will sell you one. ***Dogs may change color naturally as they mature due to many factors such as genetics, fur type, losing puppy fur, and changing to the adult coat; pigmentation, hormonal changes, shavings or close clipping etc. Color changes are expected and can occur quickly and at any time. We cannot guarantee a dog's permanent coat color for these reasons.
